The problem

Travellers Hub sells structured educational tours, a product that has to be explained before anyone books. Enquiries were arriving through social media messages, with no way to tell which programme a person was asking about and no page a school or parent could be sent to. Anything that did rank pointed at a Facebook page rather than a site the business controlled.

What we did

A page per programme, not one brochure

Each tour type got its own page with its own itinerary, audience and enquiry form. That gives search engines something specific to rank and gives the team a link to send when a parent asks about one programme rather than the whole catalogue.

Built for a mobile connection

Almost all of the traffic is Nepali mobile. Images are sized and served per device, the page is server-rendered, and the JavaScript budget is small enough that the content is readable before anything hydrates.

Enquiries that arrive with context

Every form submission carries the programme it came from, so the team replies knowing what is being asked about instead of starting with 'which tour?'.

Delivered

  • Custom multi-page site with a programme template
  • Enquiry capture tagged by programme
  • Technical SEO: sitemap, schema, unique titles and descriptions
  • Analytics and Search Console connected at launch
  • Domain, hosting and code registered in the client's name

Built with

  • Next.js
  • React
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Vercel

What changed

  • A site the business owns outright, rather than a social profile it rents.
  • Every programme has a shareable, indexable URL.
  • Enquiries arrive tagged, so response time is a reply rather than a triage.
