Hub Int'l Education, a study abroad consultancy that qualifies its own leads
Study abroad consultancy · Nepal · Australia · 2024
A consultancy drowning in unqualified walk-ins, given a site that answers the first three questions before anyone calls.

The problem
Study abroad consultancies in Kathmandu compete on the same searches with near-identical websites. Hub Int'l's counsellors were spending the first fifteen minutes of every conversation repeating the same eligibility and cost basics, to students who often turned out not to qualify for the destination they had walked in about.
What we did
Destination pages that do the first interview
Each destination has a page covering intake dates, requirements and the process end to end. The people who book after reading it arrive knowing the basics, the counsellor's time goes to the part that needs a human.
One enquiry form, several answers
The form asks the qualifying questions the counsellors used to ask by phone, and routes the enquiry with those answers attached.
Search structure that can compete
Destination and service pages are separated so each targets its own search intent, with schema and internal links wired so the strongest pages pass authority to the newer ones.
