Nepal costs less, has strong English, and has far less of the hiring churn that makes a nearshore team turn over twice in a year. The tradeoff is distance, and we handle it with a fixed daily overlap rather than by pretending it does not exist.

GDPR and personal data

If your project touches personal data of people in the EU or the UK, we agree the arrangement in writing before we start: what data we process, where it is stored, who has access, and the standard contractual clauses that cover a transfer outside the EEA. Where a project should keep data inside EU infrastructure, we build it that way and host it there. If an offshore arrangement is a poor fit for your compliance position, we will say so rather than take the work.

What we take on for European clients

Product builds where you have no in-house engineering, extension of an existing team, maintenance of software someone else wrote, and the specialist work that is expensive to staff in Europe: AI and machine learning, data engineering, and process automation.

Contracts, invoicing and VAT

We work to your contract or ours, with an NDA on request before any discussion. Invoices are issued in EUR or GBP, paid by SEPA transfer, Wise or international bank transfer. As a supplier outside the EU we do not charge EU VAT; the reverse charge applies for VAT-registered businesses, and your accountant will recognise the arrangement.
