Questions before you outsource
Why outsource IT to Nepal rather than India or the Philippines?
Nepal is a smaller market with lower engineer turnover and strong written English, which suits a company that wants the same team on one product for a year rather than a large pool of interchangeable staff. If you need to ramp 200 engineers quickly, India is the better answer and we will tell you so.
What can we outsource to you?

How do you handle the time difference?
Nepal is UTC+5:45. Australian clients get three and three quarter hours of live overlap every afternoon, and close to six hours in Perth. European clients get four hours in their morning, UK clients a little over three. Gulf clients overlap for most of the day. US clients get a scheduled evening call from our side plus an overnight handover cycle.
Who owns the code, the accounts and the IP?
You do, from day one. Repositories, hosting, domains and cloud accounts are registered in your name, and IP is assigned to you on payment under the MSA.
What does it cost to hire a dedicated developer in Nepal?
